Unfortunately, our modern lives don't always allow us to live in perfect harmony with the rising and setting of the sun. Most of us spend almost all of our time indoors. Our careers and other responsibilities often require us to wake before dawn, stay awake long after night has fallen, and spend much of the intervening time in a constant state of stress.
